Add new leaderboards for one-time skill badges

I don't know if its technically feasible, but leaderboards for the one-time skill badges (e.g. `battle_box_quads_blind_brawl`, `sky_battle_quads_sky_lord`, etc.) were super popular when I had them back on my site, and completions for them are already tracked, so I was wondering if we could get leaderboards for them.
