Add Tiers to Weapon Skins #55
Description
Currently, Weapon Skins do not contain their Tier data, the difference between the following items is that one is a Tier 0 and the other has a Tier higher than that. Weapon Skins also do not contain their equipped effects data or tracked eliminations data. I believe that Weapon Skins with tiers are currently also returning as a SimpleAsset rather than CosmeticToken.
Possibly add a nullable field that returns a Tier enum or Int?
