Database got cleared without explanation

I have encountered an issue where my database got cleared, and I was not able to reproduce the problem. I want to clarify that I did not perform any migration at the time the database was cleared. I am not sure how it happened, but I would like to understand what other cases can trigger the clearing of a database, apart from a wrong migration.

Can anyone help me understand what other factors can cause a database to clear unexpectedly? Additionally, any suggestions on how I can prevent this from happening again in the future would be greatly appreciated.
