Grouping by Trait/Category

Would it be possible to implement test grouping based on Trait attribute (xunit) for example ? Let's say that someone want to run test only for this category.

Does neotest allow adapters to have different test structures apart from folder/file/test structure?

That’s a pretty cool idea! I don’t know if neotest supports any custom grouping outside the file hierarchy (but my hunch is no, since building the “test tree” is mostly a manual process).

That being said, it would be pretty easy from the adapters point of view to annotate test cases with their attributes.

Ok, so looks like it would require building basically a separate tree structure, cause I can't see in docs a way to filter on existing tree to run only tests with specific metadata or something like that
