Execute speaker_tagger

Hello,

I have the folder SoftWhisper, the application .bat in the cmd I execute : SoftWhisper.bat.
I have been able to get transcription and the diarization.

I've tried to execute : python speaker_tagger chunk23.wav chunk23.txt but it doesn't work

I uploaded a fix that hopefully fixes your issue. Please download the latest binary release and let me know if it works.
