La Seguridad Social comunica de forma constante las bajas de los empleados de las empresas. Esta información se recopila en SILTRA y se subministra mediante el sistema RED Normalmente, estos ficheros los gestiona la gestoría de turno, pero si se obtienen, se pueden usar para generar automáticamente todas las ausencias necesarias.
