Incorrect version on manifest files.

Good morning, I've tried to install several add-ons from the 17.0 branch, and it turns out there are issues with the manifest version in those add-ons. Many of them are set to 16.0, and some even to 15.0. Those add-ons should be modified and updated with the correct version.
