[18.0] stock_picking_origin_reference_sale: doesn't work if `client_order_ref` is set on SO

Describe the bug

As soon as we set a Customer Reference on the SO, the resulting transfer is unable to find it as Origin is set with SO.name - SO.client_order_ref value.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 18.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an SO with a Customer Reference
2. Validate it
3. Open the delivery order

Expected behavior

A link to the SO available as the source document on transfer.
