does not work with melange

On a melange switch, I'm getting:

```shell-session
$ ocp-browser
ocp-browser: internal error, uncaught exception:
             IndexTypes.Bad_format("[...]/_opam/lib/ocaml/stdlib.cmti")
```

I guess it is because melange use some custom stuff in `.cmti`
