Cymraeg (Welsh) language leader

Helo,

I am a part of the language Technologies Unit, a research department at Bangor University in Wales responsible for terminology standardisation as well as developing technologies, and would like to contribute to the project.

We currently have whisper models trained for ASR and piper for TTS available via huuingface.

What are the steps required by us?

I've added placeholders for Welsh to the repo here: https://github.com/OHF-Voice/intents/tree/main/sentences/cy
Some great places to start for contribution would be:

• Translating the error codes (see other languages' _common.yaml files for details)
• Translate sentences for turning devices on by name
• Translate sentences for turning devices off by name

Yes we would love to become the language leader for Welsh.

We will get started right away on the translation via our local fork.

How would you like us to contribute our models? We would be more than happy to utilise our internal resources if more models are required.

From a testing perspective we are planning to pick up one of the HomeAssistant Green devices, is that our best option?
