The modalities pull down lists partial match modalities before exact match, resulting in selecting the wrong value on edit.

Steps to Reproduce

Enter US in modalities worklist search

The current behavior

Displays BDUS,...US, selecting enter will search BDUS, and NOT US

The expected behavior

Search US on enter
