Describe the Bug

Jump to segment not working for manually created contours.

Note: label map jump to segmentation is working correctly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Display any study e.g. https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/segmentation?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.25403.345050719074.3824.20170125113417.1
2. Add multiple contour segments
3. Click to jump to segment

The current behavior

Nothing happens

The expected behavior

Clicking the row will jump to the corresponding segment
