[Bug] 4D Four up layout stuck in endless loop with labelmap contours

Describe the Bug

The toast message gets stuck in an endless loop when labelmap contours are added in a common layout then the layout is switched to 3D four up

Steps to Reproduce

1. Display https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/segmentation?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.25403.345050719074.3824.20170125095438.5
2. Add labelmap contours to viewport 2
3. Switch to 3D four up

The current behavior

Toast message is displayed in an endless loop

The expected behavior

Study is displayed in 3D four up with no errors
