[Bug] Toast message displayed when deleting segmentation in TMTV

Describe the Bug

When a segmentation is deleted in TMTV mode a toast message is displayed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Display https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/tmtv?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.2.840.113619.2.290.3.3767434740.232.1619607454.466
2. Add segments
3. Click the '...' and select delete

The current behavior

Toast message displayed
Error: ImageIds must be provided to create a streaming image volume

The expected behavior

Segmentation is deleted successfully with no error
