OnlyOffice spreadsheet throws an invalid circular reference error

Expected Behavior

I expect the document to be opened without any issue.

Actual Behavior

When I open my xlsx file OnlyOffice shows me a warning "There are one or more circular references where a formula refers to its own cell either directly or indirectly..."
After the popup the calculation of the spreadsheet is not performed.

Reproduction Steps

Open the following file: CircularReference.xlsx

Additional information

The file can be opened using Libreoffice without issues. This is basically a copy of #3095 since it's exactly the same bug but with a different file.
