Can't remember selected cell

• I have used the search tool and did not find an issue describing my bug.

Operating System of DocumentServer

Windows Server

Version information

9.4.0.129 (x64 exe)

Expected Behavior

Last selected cell is still selected after restart.

Actual Behavior

The cell A1 is selected or a selected cell when Excel saved the file.

Reproduction Steps

1. Edit your document, leave selected cell A2.
2. Save your file and close the app.
3. Open the file again and see that A1 is still selected.
