This issue is to document that the CM and TM needs to be double checked for the appropriate use of the

• epo:announcesRole / epo-not:announcesRole vs. epo:refersToRole / epo-not:refersToRole
• epo:announcesProcedure vs. epo:refersToProcedure
• epo:announcesLot vs epo:refersToLot
  in the case of the different notice types: planning, competition, dir-awa-pre, result, cont-modif, consultation, completion.
