Possibly missing `epo:announcesLotGroup` and `epo:refersToLotGroup` relations from Notice to LotGroups

We discovered that in the original mappings for CN and EF 29 we have not created the epo:announcesLotGroup and epo:refersToLotGroup relations between (specific) Notice (subtype) instance and epo:LotGroup instance.
We assume that they should be created similar to how we link lots to notices, namely:

• all notices will have a epo:refersToLotGroup relations to the Lot Groups defined in that notice
• epo-not:CompetitionNotice and epo-not:DirectAwardPrenotificationNotice notices will also have a epo:announcesLotGroup relation to the Lot Groups defined in that notice.

OP should confirm if they want these additional mappings to be added as part of mapping of all eForms subtypes.
