Add ability to add Branch Output to Program Out

## Requirements

- Add a Branch Output to the Program Out. This allows you to stream, record, and replay buffer using the Branch Output, separate from the main output.
- You can add a main output for Program Out from the Status Dock.
- The status dock also displays the Branch Output of Program Out.
- Hotkeys also work
