Run compile-examples.py from github.com/OPEnSLab-OSU/ci-loom before updating the next board package.

Run with py -3 .\compile_examples.py --dependency-report compile_dependencies.md

Compile Dependencies

Stable aggregate of dependency names and versions selected by arduino-cli while compiling examples.
Paths, timestamps, and per-sketch details are intentionally omitted so this file only changes when the dependency set changes.

    Opened PR #293 to guard every reported arduino_secrets.h include with __has_include and provide empty fallback credential macros. This addresses the missing-header compile failures without blocking users who still keep local credentials in an untracked secrets file.

    Since this is a bypass for arduino_secrets.h, probably need a warning to user upon compiling that it needs user's ssid and password credentials
