Notes for Andy's lecture

Hey folks,

Breandan, Me and Shantt are preparing notes for Andy's lecture, and we are planning to merge them eventually to this git repo, however since I use GitHub issues heavily for my writing, we are preparing things in a separate repo.

We are waiting for the videos so we can add more content to our notes, and we will make a pull request to this repo today, but meanwhile you can access our repo here: https://github.com/johari/oplss19
