So, PR #387 should have completed a minimal coverage for check_pgactivity. pg_dump_backup is still on hold, but does not depend on any PostgreSQL functionnality.

There is something weird with temp_files test.
In the Github actions tests, we dump the logs in order to facilitate troubleshooting.
But, the temp_files tests seems to generate hundred of megabyte of logs :

We may also may reduce most of the test that imply pg_sleep and timeout ( longest query, backend_status, backends ,temp_files).

I tried on a Debian Trixie VM. But tests are stuck on:

I tried several times. And it works randomly. Sometimes the test pass and it is stuck on 01-locks.t.
Sometimes it is stuck on 01-backends.t or 01-backends_status.t
