npm run build

Hi everyone, I'm following the instructions file, but when I run npn run build from point 8 of the instructions, I get this:
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/tmp/config-css.js'
I will be glad to have a hint why this error crashes. It is clear that there is no file, but why it is not there is not clear. npm install performed
