Works: Check the correct fields are marked as mandatory

Some of the fields in the Works form are marked as Mandatory but shouldn't be.

For a valid, saveable Work the user only has to add:

- A work type
- A title

**NOTE:** It's worth checking through all other activity forms to make sure we have everything correctly marked up.
