Error: "Input Final Grades"

Please help me:
I am using openSIS version 9.1
When I go to "Input Final Grades" to grade students, the system shows this error:
"Score Breakoff Points setup is incomplete,Please set Score Breakoff Points from configuration."
I have set up the Report Card Grades as shown below
So where did I go wrong? What should I do?
