The future of OSLC Primer

Now that @andylapping is looking into the docs, I think it's a good time to raise a question of whether we shall update https://open-services.net/resources/oslc-primer/ to Lyo 5.0.0-SNAPSHOT and Java 11 or discard it. However, it's prominently featured on https://open-services.net/resources/ and I think the page gets lots of hits every month.

Certainly worth updating oslc-primer. A question of time.
In short term, I am planning to update the Lyo instructions on https://oslc.github.io/developing-oslc-applications/eclipse_lyo/eclipse-lyo.html
