Wrong IDs after yearly restart – ID recreation required

After the each restart, the component is generating or assigning incorrect IDs.

I would like to have the ID's with prefix wp_ and text must be in english.

Every Time I restart homeassistant i have wh_<german_label> and not wp_<en_label>

HomeAssistant Settings :

Language = EN
Country = DE

What do you do to Switch Back to english?
I assume it is just the Translation and the history stays.

so the "Recreate entity IDs." fix it till the next restart and than I have the same problem wh_

Can you confirm the history stays, even when named falsely?
