Allow to resize the panels to the left and bottom of the main view (from diagram view)

Describe what problem your feature request solves:

Currently there seems to be no way to resize the panels to the left showing Entities/Components/Boundaries/Metadata and to the bottom showing Properties/Threats.

Both depending on the screen resolution and zoom level of the diagram this can be rather finicky.

Describe the solution you'd like:

I'd like to be able to move the separator between those panels and the main view so as to use the screen estate more efficiently.

As far as I am concerned this needn't persist across sessions. Just the flexibility of changing this would be great.

I first need to get set up and started. As mentioned in another ticket, I am not a web dev. Let's see how that goes. If I can work it out, I'll certainly look into all the tickets I opened.
