I have a question: If I delete a card in Obsidian, will it also be deleted in Anki?

First I need to delete the ID with the code given, then Anki Sync should be applied, then manually delete the remaining card text in Obsidian
Am I understanding correctly?
Is there no way we can delete the card directly?
