Section 2: Expectation on taking classes + research

I think it would be beneficial to outline the expectations of a first/second-year RA or TA in research and taking classes. Some examples include: it is crucial that students take all core classes in the first year ? and Should students focus mostly on classes or balance research in a 50/50 way ?
