💥 [DevOps][WIP] Dependendy Maintenance for new Network Instance

Motivation

Against the background of the new network instance and the current state of development, there is a need and an opportunity to review and update important dependencies.

• The new forntend's bump suggestions can be silenced for clarity.
• Critical dependency updates should be reviewed and, if applied, tested in the application
• Update possibilities for outdated dependencies (e.g. Vue <v3, Nuxt< v2.x, Neo4j <v5 etc.) should be reviewed and, if applied, tested in the application
• Low hanging fruits like minor and patch level updates for vue-advanced-chat etc. can move into the fresh new network, if tested in the application
