Octopus Logs in Github Actions

Currently when deploying a release using V3 of deploy-releae-action, I can't see the Octopus logs in Github Actions.

I'd like to have the Octopus logs visible in the Github Actions logs. This is currently working when using the Octo CLI. Such as: https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/create-release-action/tree/release-v1.2.0

Could a v1 or something be created that uses the Octo CLI so that the logs can be shown using the progress flag?
Or could something like progress be added to the non-cli action (v3)?
