Feature Request: Custom Certs #439

https://octopus.com/docs/installation/octopus-server-linux-container/docker-compose-linux#trusting-custominternal-certificate-authority-ca documents the need to do a volume mount when working with certs provided by an in-house Certificate Authority. No such ability exists in the Helm Charts.
I believe a new Volume Claim/Mount should be added to allow the use of custom certs. In my instance, I'm trying to connect to a private registry (feed) with a self-signed certificate.
