Projects with certain steps #11

It would be useful if OctoLint could support queries that return all projects containing specific deployment steps. For example, being able to list every project that uses a “Run a Script” step, or every project that includes either step type X or Y.
This feature would help teams quickly audit their Octopus Deploy environments, identify common patterns, and spot steps that may need updates or standardisation. Instead of manually inspecting each project, users could run a single analysis to surface where particular steps are used across their entire instance.
