Inaccessible docs, false positive blocking

you are using solution which blocks some of your visitors without giving option to report false positive, see the first post of this issue:
vercel/vercel#16227

Please consider disabling it, until it is solved.

We changed our firewall's rules to avoid the issue you found. Could you let us know if you still hit that snag?
