[bug]: Bridge UI unable to load custom tokens on Base Sepolia #2649

What happened?
Attempting to bridge from Base Sepolia to any chain with a custom gas token results in forever-spinning balance that never loads, preventing bridging entirely. I have also tried this on Sepolia which does NOT have the same issue afaict. The browser I'm using is Arc Version 1.113.0 (68787); Chrome Engine Version 140.0.7339.186. I have also tried clearing my cache and cookies, same result
