Windows client losing peers

Describe the bug

This issue is still not resolved. Im currently on latest stable version 6.0.5
Windows client is losing peers. it may work several hours without issues, and may lose all peers within minutes.
Time is synced. Firewall is off.
if i wipe data dir, this may help to sync big gap after a day of offline.

this bug makes windows client useless. im keeping it only as a backup for 2 linux nodes.
any help from dev team would be great. thank you.

yes. this is happening already for many months

#14715 also relevant issue, have you tried --enable-discovery-reboot flag

it worked many months ago. right now clock is auto-synced. no diff.
same clients (geth+prysm) on linux are running with no issues. without --enable-discovery-reboot. didnt try any other clients.
firewall is off.
the issue is not with discovery, but with losing peers. it may have many, and drop to 2-3 within several minutes.
