MessageExtension app in OWA does not show sign-in button

If you have a Teams MessageExtension app, and the sign-in response is returned, the button to trigger the sign-in is not visible:

If bring up the web dev tools you can see the button exists but has a size of 0px / 0px (and has not content). Manually changing the size to something large enough to click allows you to click it, and the button then works as expected (triggering the sign-in).

This issue would likely occur (I would imagine) on any app, if the command extension response is:

@MrKSchmitz - We have tested this on Teams web client and Outlook web client and able to repro this issue.

We have logged this as a bug and informed our engineering team. Our engineering team will look into it.

While we cannot guarantee a fix at this stage, we will keep you updated with any progress or changes. Please note that in some cases, the bug may be by design or deprioritized due to platform updates, but we will continue to monitor the bug closely.
