Using NAA for authenticating add-ins to our servers

Describe your scenario
We would like to authenticate our users using an Office add-in on our backend.

Which APIs or add-in features?
It is currently unclear how to perform the scenario. The deadline is on Feb 17th and we still don't have a solution for our users.
Based on our understanding, NAA enables only to authenticate to ms-graph. It is nice but it does not replace the accessToken which we use to authenticate to our server. Any guidance / docs ? The topic is now critical for us. We don't know how to move forward.

Yes, as you found in the related comment, the sample in this PR shows how to get an access token to your own APIs. OfficeDev/Office-Add-in-samples#924. We should have that published any day.
