Centered fixed modal (white box) over the main hero area / center of the viewport containing text and buttons 'Preferences' and 'Accept'; no full-screen gray overlay detected and page overflow is visible (scrollbar working).

Result

I applied the CSS and verified via DOM inspection and a screenshot. The termly cookie prompt element (aria-label="Cookie Consent Prompt" / classes starting with termly-styles...) and the site’s privacy box were present and are now display:none. Document and body overflow remained visible and the vertical scrollbar is present, so the banner did not break scrolling. Screenshot shows no cookie modal or overlay.
