I can't find a reload/refresh button in the interface and in the keyboard shortcut list

Useful when using coding agent manipulating a lot of markdown files

Auto-reload exists in workspace mode when the tab has no unsaved changes; we're fixing a bug where the first external reload incorrectly marks the tab dirty, and we'll add an explicit Reload command for when you want to force-refresh or discard local edits
