Building for Windows

Hello,

first of all many thanks for investing time in decoding DVB-T2 with an SDR receiver.

I would really like to test it out with my SDRPlay device. I am trying to compile the project for Windows.

I installed the QTCreator and QT 5.12.11. I also dowloaded the FFT library and copied the content to the DSP subdirectory.

I get a lot of errors when i try to build the project.

Is there any chance you can help me with building the project?

Unfortunately, I know English poorly, so I will use the translator.
The problem is not in the project, but in the compiler for Windows:

(defined in <math.h>)

Are you using mingw for Qt?

I am using mingw.

Qt Creator is configured to use mingw32-make.exe -j8

Switching to Windows will still require manual editing.
For example:

I added the following lines to the fast_math.h

The error message is gone now.

Then i had to install the libusb for windows.

In several files there was the following include neccessary:

#include <stdint.h>

Now i seem to have some problems with 'aligned_alloc'

any ideas?

There is no aligned_alloc in mingw.

There is a compiled version for Windows 10 (see folder win_x64).
But, unfortunately, it does not work with Pluto.
Pluto has a limited bandwidth of 7 MHz, which is not enough for DVB-T2 (8 MHz).
The applied Pluto firmware kernel patch only works in Linux.
I haven't solved this problem yet. If I have free time, I'll try it.
There are also binary files for Linux (see the Linux_Mint_20 folder) that can be run from LifeСD(USB). Pluto works there.

Anyways. I am using your precompiled Windows Version.

I am getting something:

But all the other diagrams are empty.

Also, I cannot connect with VLC.

This is what the signal looks like in SDR Console. Is the signal to weak?

I am not using an original SDRplay. I am using a chinese clone. But in all other programs it is working just fine with the SDRPlay API.

By the way, I am now able to build the project on Windows. I am now trying to build the form with MSI.SDR support. As I said, I have a chinese SDRPlay Clone.

Yes, the signal is too weak.
Judging by the frequency response, this is the sum of the reflected signals.
You can try changing the position of the antenna and get a smoother frequency response (you can use SDR Console).
There is a solution for Pluto under Windows. I will try to enable it.

привет, либре сдр (копия плуто) может по сетке 20М легко, это реализовано в сдр консоли, если искать ее по сетке как плуто, будут доступны полосы вплоть до 20МГц. загляни на почту )

Привет.
LibreSDR не полная копия. Там более скоростной интерфейс связи с ПК - Ethernet и (насколько я понял) USB3.0
У оригинального PlutoSDR - USB2.0. Локально PlutoSDR может выдать 50Ms/s, но USB2.0 сильно ограничивает скорость и IIO забирает 25% из того что есть. Поэтому нужен обход.
