Bug with Win + D / when switching to desktop via bottom right side of the task bar (Aero Peek)

When being on a fullscreen app, and doing switching to desktop via bottom right side of the task bar (Aero Peek) or Win + D, the task bar is still hidden while being on the desktop.

To Reproduce :

1. Go to an app in fullscreen.
2. Do Win + D OR click on the right side of the task bar to swap to desktop (if the Aero Peek option is turned on).
3. Bug occurs and the task bar is hidden on the desktop.
