Account for OHM bridged to Solana

OHM that is bridged to Solana using CCIP will be locked in the LockReleaseTokenPool (0xa5588e518CE5ee0e4628C005E4edAbD5e87de3aD)
This will inflate mainnet supply.

Instead, we need to:

• Subtract OHM in the LockReleaseTokenPool from mainnet token supply (this will be a TokenSupply record with a negative value)
• Index the total supply of OHM on Solana mainnet (this is supported by The Graph)
