Get a hot reload version working on Glitch/Codesandbox #1

I wanted to set up a live version where you can create a pattern directly in the browser with hot reload.
Unfortunately the hot reload with Vite doesn't seem to work when deployed on these systems. I think it may need to be configured for the right port that they're listening on? But I'm not sure.
