Multiple file types in the app registration showing incorrectly in the OneDrive "Add New" menu

Based on customer requests, we are once more investigating file handlers in order to help our users understand how OneDrive is used as part of our solution.

We have multiple file types as part of our solution. In the "Add New" menu of the OneDrive web experience, our application name shows, but the distinct names of our file types do not appear. They all appear as our application name. This is a regression, as previously we have seen the menu display our distinct file types as well as the application name.
