[Feature] Support Qubes OS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Qubes OS is not supported. The desktop app only works properly on sys-usb. It's not possible to sign transactions when OneKey device is assigned to another VM.

Describe the solution you'd like
Assigning OneKey device to a Qubes OS virtual machine should work for any kind of operation.
