[BUG]: High Gas Fees for Solana (SOL) Transactions

Describe the bug
The gas fee for Solana (SOL) network transactions appears to be fixed at an unusually high rate. By default, it's consistently estimated at around $0.22 USD (0.001005 SOL), which is significantly higher than the actual network cost.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the Solana wallet within the OneKey client.
2. Initiate a 'Send' transaction.
3. Enter a recipient's address and an amount of SOL to send.
4. Observe the network fee displayed on the confirmation screen, which is shown as approximately $0.22 USD (0.001005 SOL).

Expected behavior
The estimated gas fee for a standard Solana transaction should be much lower, typically less than $0.01 USD. For comparison, other wallets like MetaMask or Phantom show the correct, lower fee for a similar transaction at the same time.

OneKey Client seems to be setting a default fee of 0.001005 SOL. This appears to be composed of the standard 0.000005 SOL base fee and a hardcoded priority fee of 0.001 SOL, which is unnecessarily high for standard transactions.
