Enable critical alerts for iOS application

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For on-call alerts to come through do-not-disturb or otherwise silenced mode on iOS you would need to use the critical alerts functionality. Which the current OneUptime iOS app does not support.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please apply for Apple to grant the com.apple.developer.usernotifications.critical-alerts capability and implement criticalAlert for push notifications.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There's no alternative to guarantee audible notification delivery in DND/silence mode on iOS.

Additional context
Other on-call iOS apps like Grafana IRM, Opsgenie and some others already support it.

Here's some more guidelines on how to apply and how to prove that this is required and needed functionality.

Ah I noticed now that you're using Expo Push API for notifications (mentioned in mobile app readme).

So this likely can't happen as long as Expo Push is used?

Although in their docs they do mention interruptionLevel=critical. So it might just be the case of getting proper app cabability cleared by Apple.
