Is there a way to block the outlines?

Is there a way to block the outlines? A new layer on top of it?

Hi @TGWC, could you please provide an example of what you would like to achieve?

I want to make a colouring app, but block the black outlines of the pictures. I can check the colour and it's black block it, but I could never allow the user to paint that shape with the black colour or everything would fail
